CARTECHNIC HUMAN RIGHTS POLICY

We recognize that human rights are universal and indivisible, and we are committed to promoting and protecting these rights in every aspect of our operations.

Our Human Rights Policy outlines our commitment to the following principles:

Commitment to Human Rights: CARTECHNIC is committed to respecting and promoting the human rights stated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and in relevant international and national laws. This commitment encompasses all aspects of our operations.

Working Conditions, Compensation, and Benefits: CARTECHNIC ensures full compliance with applicable laws on wages, working hours, overtime, and benefits. We strive to increase productivity during working hours and avoid excessive overtime, while supporting a work-life balance. Compensation and employment benefits are determined competitively according to sectoral, local labor markets and applicable collective bargaining agreements. We offer opportunities for our employees to develop and advance both professionally and personally.

We believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace is essential to foster innovation, creativity, and growth. Our policies ensure equal opportunities for all employees regardless of their background. We have a strong commitment to fair treatment and equal opportunity and do not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment.

This policy includes:

  • Diversity: Actively creating a workforce that reflects the communities we serve and values different perspectives, experiences, and ideas.

  • Inclusion: Fostering a workplace where every individual feels valued, heard, and empowered to realize their full potential.

  •

At CARTECHNIC: We aim to build a sustainable, inclusive, and just world in all workspaces and business processes by aligning with the following UN Sustainable Development Goals:

  • Gender Equality

  • Reduced Inequalities

  • Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure

Our human rights practices are guided by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights across the value chain. Employment decisions are based solely on qualifications and business needs without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or other protected statuses.

Safe and Healthy Workplace: CARTECHNIC is committed to providing a safe, healthy, clean, and up-to-date working environment that meets or exceeds occupational health and safety standards.

Fair Partnerships: We value collaboration with institutions that have fair, equal, and flexible structures. We lead by example and support our stakeholders in aligning with our diversity, equality, and inclusion practices. These values are reflected in our communication and integrated into our business processes.

Our goal is to be an institution that supports inclusive and sustainable economic growth and provides productive and decent work conditions by embracing these principles.

We acknowledge that harassment can occur in unequal relationships (e.g., between a supervisor and a subordinate), and we support victims who wish to file a complaint without fear of retaliation or job loss. Stakeholders are free to report violations of this policy through our established reporting channels.

Handling Complaints:

  • Record the date and time of the incident(s)

  • Ensure the victim understands the company's complaint procedures

  • Maintain confidentiality of all discussions

  • Respect the victim's choice regarding resolution methods

Employees are clearly informed that using legal avenues is always an option, and CARTECHNIC is responsible for maintaining a transparent and accessible complaint mechanism.

Freedom of Expression: CARTECHNIC is committed to ensuring employees can freely express themselves in the workplace and provides the necessary tools and environment for open communication.

CARTECHNIC is committed to eliminating slavery and human trafficking by complying with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and supporting global efforts to recognize and protect human rights in all countries where we operate.

Employee Development: We support the personal and professional development of our employees through innovative training methods and experience-sharing aligned with current and future business needs.
