Our ethical values form the foundation of how we do business — to protect the rights of our employees and stakeholders and to remain sensitive to both society and the environment.
As CARTECHNIC, we are committed to adhering to the following ethical principles across all our operations:

These ethical principles define the way CARTECHNIC conducts business, and all our employees are expected to act in accordance with these values.
We fully commit to upholding them.
Conflict Minerals Policy
At CARTECHNIC, we believe that sourcing minerals from responsible and ethical origins within our supply chain is of critical importance — both for environmental sustainability and for upholding human rights.
Minerals such as tantalum, tin, tungsten, and gold (commonly referred to as 3TG) that are obtained from illegal mining operations can potentially finance conflicts and lead to human rights violations.
For this reason, our top priority is to adhere to conflict-free and responsible mining principles at all levels of our supply chain.
Our aims:
-
To avoid contributing to human rights violations, illegal activities, or practices that may harm the environment.
Respect for Human Rights:
Respecting the human rights of all our employees and business partners, and preventing negative behaviors such as discrimination and harassment, are among our core principles.
At CARTECHNIC, through this policy, we commit to enhancing the sustainability of our supply chain and operating in accordance with ethical and social responsibility principles. With our responsible sourcing approach, we aim to both strengthen long-term relationships with our business partners and maintain a production process that respects human rights.
We strive to create a compliant and ethical working environment.
CARTECHNIC expects its business partners to share the same responsibilities in order to avoid any involvement in activities that contribute to the financing of conflict. In this regard, we expect our partners to act in alignment with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas.
We expect our suppliers and business partners to adhere to the following principles:

1. Collaboration and Transparent Supply Chain
-
Using only minerals sourced from conflict-free regions,
-
Ensuring transparent reporting from suppliers regarding the country of origin, mine location, and smelters where the minerals are processed,
-
Cooperating with potentially high-risk suppliers to minimize risks, and if the risks cannot be mitigated, terminating cooperation with such suppliers,
-
Promptly reporting any detected or potential conflict mineral-related risks through ethical reporting channels and, if necessary, ceasing cooperation with the risky supplier.
2. Ethical Standards and Legal Compliance
-
Opposing any bribery attempts aimed at concealing or altering the origin of minerals within the supply chain,
-
Expecting all suppliers to act ethically and to refrain from unethical practices such as bribery, money laundering, or illegal activities,
-
Taking all necessary precautions to prevent money laundering in the trade of conflict minerals and acting in compliance with both international and local legislation.
CARTECHNIC offers a clear and accessible channel for reporting violations of its conflict minerals policy. All ethical violations or concerns can be reported through the designated ethics hotlines.
